My goal is to make your Real Estate transaction a comfortable and enriching experience. I can do this by my many years as a full-time agent, and because I care about the people that I work with and for. There are many situations that can create stress in this business; working with many different agents, sorting through pages of legal verbiage in contracts and disclosures, understanding the various contracts, and keeping track of timelines for inspections and contingency removals. Ultimately you reach your final closing documents. Naturally, I am there when you sign your final documents, having already reviewed them to make sure all figures are as they should be.
